Communications Internship
The Dallas County Democratic Party is seeking communications interns! In this role, you would be responsible for:
→ Creating graphics for our social accounts and emails
→ Assisting with website updates
→ Designing merchandise to sell on the store
→ Assisting with any marketing deliverables
→ Creating print materials in the form of event signage, backdrops, and flyers
→ Writing press releases and communicating with media
The ideal candidate:
→ Is an incoming senior or recent high school graduate, a student at a college or university (including 2-year schools, 4-year schools, technical colleges, etc), graduate student, or recent graduate
→ Is able to work under tight deadlines and rapid response situations
→ Is extremely detailed-oriented, self-starter, and well-organized
→ Has strong communication skills and enjoy talking to people with many different perspectives and work experiences
→ Has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (required)
