I am honored to seek the bench being vacated by retiring Judge Ralph Taite.  Judge Taite has distinguished himself by his knowledge and application of the law and his work ethic.

 

I am committed to rendering decisions that are fair and just to all.  I believe probationers should be encouraged to succeed, not programmed to fail.

 

Both past and present experience balance my concern for the victims of crime who must be made whole and for the perpetrators of those crimes who must be held accountable.
