Over thirty years practicing law in general trial practice involving criminal defense, family and personal injury, mostly as a solo practitioner in various associations.
Adjunct Professor of Government at Richland College.
Trainer in mediation and other forms of conflict resolution for Texas Wesleyan Law School, FAA, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Dispute Mediation Services, and others.
Arbitrator in binding and non-binding arbitration for Resolute Systems, Inc.
Participant in the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program in teaching juvenile law issues and as a mentor in the Lawyers Legal Advocate for minors Project.
Over 600 mediations conducted.
Successful jury trials in personal injury, misdemeanor and felony cases, including murder trials.
