Judge Stoltz initiated the Dual Diagnosis Court to assist felony probationers in addressing and overcoming challenges to be successful probationers and avoid incarceration. Judge Stoltz also serves on the Judicial Oversight Committee for Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections (Adult Probation).
