Wilmoth has solid legal experience in probate, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has donated over 600 hours of pro bono legal service since 2003, and he spearheaded a series of free legal clinics in 2009-10 that provided living wills and medical powers of attorney to hundreds of people free of charge.
