The Rules Committee was after the conclusion of the 2008 Elections.  The committee's purpose was to perform a comprehensive review of party and committee rules to help streamline and improve our party infrastructure.  This review process helped identify inefficient or ineffective party rules, and prepare recommendations to the Executive Committee to either eliminate or alter these rules.  The committee was also responsible for working with each Standing Committee or Task Force to review their own processes and regulations.

The Rules Committee completed their work in the summer of 2009, and have presented their final report to the Executive Committee.  This group has been made inactive for the time being until the County Chair or Executive Committee initiate another review of DCDP rules and regulations.
