The Advisory Council of the Dallas County Democratic Party meets at the first Thursday of every month. All sub-committee report their monthly activities and project status to the Advisory Council, which helps oversee their operation for the Executive Committee. The Advisory Council is composed of Precinct Chairs or SDEC members from each State House District who are elected by the Executive Committee.
