Hello and Welcome!
 
As a former Assistant District Attorney in both Dallas County and Ellis County and as a former Assistant Public Defender, I have the experience and the compassion to be the next Judge of County Criminal Court # 6 for Dallas County.
 
As a private practice attorney, I understand the importance of fairness and responsibility in the judicial system.  I know that we all want safer neighborhoods and safer schools and safe places to work.  Membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., my church, my son's PTA, and our community allows me to work with all people and provide a valuable public service.
 
I look forward to serving the citizens of Dallas County as the next Judge of County Criminal Court # 6.

About Me:

I am a native of Dallas, Texas. I graduated from Skyline High School, Prairie View A&M University and Indiana University School of Law.

I am licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, the Northern District of Texas Federal Courts, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I am a former Dallas and Ellis County Assistant District Attorney and a former Dallas County Assistant Public Defender. I have served as Special Prosecutor to other counties.

I have experience as a former Assistant Texas State Auditor in Austin, Texas and as an Assistant Grant, Contract & Loan Administrator for Indiana State University, in Terre Haute, Indiana.

I am very involved in my son's athletic activities and his school's PTA. I also provided public service through my church and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
