DEMOCRATIC PARTY PRECINCT CHAIR
In response to inquiries regarding being a Precinct Chair, be advised as follows:
- Precinct Chair is an elected position.
- If your precinct does not have a chair, you may submit an application for appointment.
- Applications are voted on at quarterly County Executive Committee meetings.
- No Executive Committee meeting will be held before the March 4th primary election.
- A precinct chair serves the Democrats of Dallas County, NOT any particular candidate.
If you would like to work your precinct for a particular candidate, sign up as a precinct captain through the campaign you wish to support.
